Business Development Manager (Korea/ Singapore)

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to maintain and expand our client base in Korea. We are open to candidates based in either Singapore or South Korea. This is an individual-contributor role.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet targets set for new business development and for current clients.
  • Promote company services through calls, conferences, face-to-face meetings, etc.
  • Definite client requirements and advise them of technical aspects of clinical trial packaging services.
  • Working with internal departments for proposal generation and ensure client needs are understood.
  • Ensure presentations, information and systems are up to date
  • Potential travel to Korea or other close regions as required to support company activity, a few times a year

Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree qualification
  • Experience in direct sales and quotation preparation
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to adapt
  • Proven ability to build and develop new business relationships
  • Ability to speak and write in Korean to liaise with clients
  • Must possess the right to work in either country via citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work visa.

This position will not be available on an expat package. The successful candidate will likely be offered the role in the country they are based in (either Singapore or South Korea).
