Current Role:
In his role as the Director of Project Services, Tommy is responsible for overseeing management of Project Management teams tasked with coordinating the Development, Clinical Trial Supply and Commercialisation of Drug Products. Tommy also has responsibility for the Proposal generation function.
Experience:
Tommy has 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 2 years at MSD Ireland and 18 years at Almac. During his time at Almac he has undertaken a variety of roles including Validation, with primary responsibility for qualifying Almac’s Pilot Scale GMP DP manufacturing facility, Formulation Development, with a focus on process optimization of larger scale manufacturing processes in preparation for Commercial launch and Project Management, working with a broad portfolio of clients from small biotech to Big Pharma.
