Validation Summary Report – Label Approval System (LAS)

This validation project was initiated as a result of the submission of the associated project Validation Evaluation (VE) and Change Request (CRCRP190003).

This Validation Summary Report has been compiled in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) GVL.002 (Generation of Validation Documentation) and includes the following:

• A review of all associated qualifications
• A summary of all discrepancies encountered together with the corrective action
• A record of all recommendations arising from the completed validation activities
• A conclusion containing a statement on system capabilities of satisfying the fitness for intended use.
